What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Computer for a valid reason, we offer full refunds upon return to our business address.
Where do we ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We plan to ship more internationally soon.
I have received my PC, what now?
Firstly, thank you so much for your order, it means a lot to us. Be sure to do the following:
1. Carefully unpackage the PC, pulling the wrapping away from the inside of the computer. Be sure to save the packaging for return/warranty purposes.
2. Check for damage, sometimes during shipping our computers can be damaged. If your computer was damaged, take photos, and get in contact with support via email or Discord. If your computer is damaged, do not continue to the next steps.
3. Connect your Display/HDMI cords, the PC power cord, and anything else you plan on connecting to your computer. Be sure to connect your Display/HDMI cord into the GPU, and not the motherboard.
4. Make sure to flip the switch on the power supply (where you plugged the power cord into) to "I" instead of "O", the computer will not turn on if the switch is on the "O" state. Turn on the computer, and enjoy. Your computer has been pre-checked for quality, and benchmarked before shipping. If anything is wrong with it, contact support and they will help diagnose the issue. Feel free to leave a review on the computer to help us with feedback.
